Agendas & Minutes

Here you’ll find agendas from past meetings as well as upcoming meetings. In addition, minutes from any future Annual or Special Member Meetings will be posted here and stored for your reference. Typically minutes will be available within one week of any Annual or Special Member Meeting. In an effort to reduce postage and administrative costs, minutes will only be sent out (via mail or email) at the Board’s discretion unless you specifically request to have them sent to you.
